Overview

Brikiz is a SaaS for real estate projects. Users create their project, set their criteria, and an AI assistant helps them at every stage, from finding a property to signing the deed of sale. The product covers the investor profile, market study, property analysis, visits, renovation work, the offer, quotes, the preliminary contract, the bank file and the deed. It was one of the biggest projects I worked on at the design agency Figue, taken to a detailed Figma prototype.

My role

I worked on this project for two months as a UX/UI Designer for the Figue agency. The agency gave me the screens and components to design, I built them, then we reviewed them together before sending them to the client. The mascot already existed: I did not create it, I integrated it into the screens.

Challenge

A real estate project is not one task but a long chain of them: market study, visits, renovation work, offers, quotes, the preliminary contract, the bank file and the final deed. The challenge was to bring all of it into one product, and to make the AI feel useful at each step rather than bolted on.

Solution

Each real estate project becomes a guided journey: its stages live in the sidebar and unlock one after the other. The dashboard brings active projects together with a map, while the investor profile feeds the analysis. Around this core, a community and an academy help users progress, and two plans, Standard and Pro, shape the offer.

Design principles

  1. 1

    One journey, step by step

Every stage, from property analysis to the deed of sale, follows the same pattern: a clear task, then a result the user can act on. Complex decisions stay readable all the way through.

An AI agent built around missions

Instead of an empty chat, the agent offers concrete missions such as finding a profitable property or preparing a bank file. It asks closed questions, moves through visible phases, and shows the data used, the logic applied and its guardrails. On a decision worth hundreds of thousands of euros, transparency matters as much as the answer.

A mascot that keeps people going

A long project needs momentum. The Brikiz mascot changes outfit with the role it plays, from site manager to notary. Progress pop-ups, levels and a leaderboard mark each milestone, up to the moment the user finally becomes an owner.

Components

The real design system components, rebuilt in code with the exact values from the Figma file: colors, gradients, shadows, type and icons. Move through the journey to see the sidebar and progress react together. Labels stay in French, as in the product.
